| At a CIA hearing, Dr. Gottlieb, a
cancerologist, admitted to having dispersed in 1960, a large quantity
of viruses in the Congo river(Zaire) to pollute and contaminate all the
people who used the river as a source of water. Dr Gottlieb was thereafter
named Head of National Cancer Institute.
