The parents that suffered this travesty of orthodox medical iatrogeny are asking for funds to help them fight. If you have some to spare, please consider their plight and help.

Visit Justice for Desperate Voices for the story behind it all.
Please Chip In for the fighting fund at http://michaelbruce.chipin.com/defense-fund

Rapid City, South Dakota, USA

Their twins were born eight weeks prematurely and fought hard to live. Later, baby Cameron died. Then Dalton was taken by the state.

As happens over and over again, the state looks to the mother instead of repeated contraindicated medical interventions as the cause.

For today, the parents have lost two children. The state belittles their tragedy by pointing at them.

Mike and Elizabeth Bruce are the parents. Cameron is deceased, Dalton is in state custody.

At 2 months old, Cameron Bruce passed away weighing 3 pounds less than his IDENTICAL twin brother. Seems pretty obvious that this torment and torture is undeserved and we pray they will understand this soon. We pray that this nightmare will be over soon. We thank all of those that are helping reveal the truth. We pray the return of our live's and the return of Dalton soon--for this is what we truly deserve.

BOCA RATON, FL -- Boca Raton father, Ben Zeller, says his son, Ben, Jr., was a normal 11-month-old when he received the Measles, Mump and Rubella shot in November of 2004.

Within days, he had a complete febral seizure.

"This was a reaction to the MMR shot, there is no doubt in my mind," Zeller said.

Zeller was one of the first to prove his case in the Federal Vaccine Court. Last July, the court ruled his son would not have experienced the seizure if it weren't for the MMR vaccine.

"We have thousands of cases and we can show all vaccines are causing the exact same problem," said Dr. Andrew Moulden, a Canadian physician gathering evidence to support a class action lawsuit.

Moulden is spending the next week in South Florida interviewing families like the Zeller's.

"To stop this from going on, we have to go to the courts," Moulden said. "They won't stop doing this until we hold them fiscally responsible."

Moulden has gathered more than five thousand images of children's faces taken before and after the MMR vaccine to help prove his case.

The photos highlight children's eyes turning in and out as well as the corner of their mouth dropping.

"These are classic signs of a stroke and clearly a direct result of vaccines," Moulden said.

Still, many doctors and Health Departments say shots are not only safe but needed.

"It prevents death and disability from 14 childhood diseases so it is very important to give vaccines to keep kids healthy," said Deborah Hogan with the Florida Department of Health.

Moulden disagrees and says the proof is in the pictures.

"It's time for them to listen," he said.

Dr. Moulden is asking all families who believe their child may have had an adverse reaction to the vaccine to send him pictures before and after.

Readying Americans for Dangerous, Mandatory Vaccinations

By Stephen Lendman

Global Research, June 10, 2009

At least three US federal laws should concern all Americans and suggest what may be coming - mandatory vaccinations for hyped, non-existant threats, like H1N1 (Swine Flu). Vaccines and drugs like Tamiflu endanger human health but are hugely profitable to drug company manufacturers.

The Project BioShield Act of 2004 (S. 15) became law on July 21, 2004 "to provide protections and countermeasures against chemical, radiological, or nuclear agents that may be used in a terrorist attack against the United States by giving the National Institutes of Health contracting flexibility, infrastructure improvements, and expediting the scientific peer review process, and streamlining the Food and Drug Administration approval process of countermeasures."

In other words, the FDA may now recklessly approve inadequately tested, potentially dangerous vaccines and other drugs if ever the Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Defense (DOD) declare a national emergency, whether or not one exists and regardless of whether treatments available are safe and effective. Around $6 billion or more will be spent to develop, produce, and stockpile vaccines and other drugs to counteract claimed bioterror agents.

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act slipped under the radar when George Bush signed it into law as part of the 2006 Defense Appropriations Act (HR 2863). It lets the HHS Secretary declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations. Nothing in the Act lists criteria that warrant a threat. Also potential penalties aren't specified for those who balk, but very likely they'd include quarantine and possible fines.

The HHS web site also says the Secretary may "issue a declaration....that provides immunity from tort liability (except for willful misconduct) for claims of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of (vaccine or other pharmaceutical) countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency...."

The industry-run US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) notoriously rushes inadequately tested drugs to market, putting their efficacy and safety into question, and turning those who use them into lab rats. It includes everyone if a mass vaccination is ordered on the mere claim of a public emergency - no proof required.

The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (S. 3678) is the other worrisome law, effective December 19, 2006. It amended "the Public Health Service Act with respect to public health security and all-hazards preparedness and response, and for other purposes." Even its supporters worry about issues of privacy, liability, and putting profits over public health. Critics express greater concerns about dangerous remedies for exaggerated or non-existant threats as well as mass hysteria created for political purposes.

At least one other measure is also worrisome - The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA). So far it's just a proposal by the Center for Law and the Public's Health - "A Collaborative at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities (as) a primary, international, national, state, and local resource on public health law (and) policy for public health practitioners, judges, academics, policymakers, and others."

UK NEWS
(Image caption: LEFT IN PAIN: Teenager Rebecca Ramagge has suffered from a joint disorder)

Sunday May 31,2009
By Lucy Johnston and Martyn Halle

LEADING scientists and doctors have raised fresh concerns about the safety of a cervical cancer vaccine.

They have accused the manufacturers of Cervarix and another jab, Gardasil, of making misleading claims.

More than 1,300 British girls have reported adverse reactions to Cervarix, ranging from paralysis to convulsions and sight problems.

Hailed as a wonder drug, it is claimed the jab will give 70 per cent protection from the disease to every girl under 18 by 2011.

Earlier this month the Sunday Express revealed the story of Rebecca Ramagge, 13, of Reigate, Surrey, who has been unable to walk for six months because of a joint disorder.

Rebecca’s paediatrician blames her condition on Cervarix.

In Germany, 13 distinguished professors have complained that the jab makers, Glaxo SmithKline and Sanofi, have been guilty of giving “incorrect” information.

Professor Martina Doren, of the Charitie Hospital in Berlin, said: “What concerns us is that the two manufacturers of the vaccine aren’t always using facts. They claim that a lot of high-risk strains of cancer-causing virus are protected against but equally there are others that are not.

“If protection is not more than 20 per cent then that is an awful lot of money to be spending, particularly as the vaccines have quite serious side-effects.

“Assertions that a vaccine reduces the risk of cervical cancer by 70 per cent or even 98 per cent should not be made at this point.”

Professor Doren criticised the fact that the only trials for the vaccines were carried out on women aged between 15 and 26 while the vaccine was being given to 12 and 13 year olds.

She said: “It is wrong to vaccinate these girls when it has not been tried on this age group. It is unethical.

“We are meant to be in an era where drugs and vaccines to be used on children are given trials on that age group first before awarding a licence. Otherwise you are experimenting on children, which is wrong.”

Last night a spokesman for the German national vaccines committee told the Sunday Express that a review of the evidence was under way.

Meanwhile in the Netherlands there has been mass resistance to the vaccine with only 49 per cent of girls turning up to have the first jab of the three- injection course.

Six Dutch girls were taken to hospital after being inoculated and there have been reports of more than 500 other adverse reactions.

Doctors there are calling on their national vaccines committee to reconsider its decision to back vaccination of schoolgirls. Many scientists claim the figure of 70 per cent protection against cervical cancer is not based on scientific evidence and has been used to convince parents that their girls ought to have the jab.

Experts in Scotland, where the Health Service has spent more than £64million vaccinating schoolgirls, are also expressing concerns.

Scottish Conservative health spokeswoman Mary Scanlon said: “Given this new research, it is incumbent on the Scottish government and the chief medical officer to review the vaccination programme to ensure that it lives up to the expectations of preventing cervical cancer.”

Last February 80,000 jabs in Valencia and the Balearic Islands were withdrawn after three girls ended up in hospital with convulsions and loss of consciousness within hours of being inoculated.

Spanish heath officials later concluded the vaccine had not caused the problems.

A spokesman for GlaxoSmithKline said: “These vaccines provide young girls and women valuable new protection against cervical cancer and have been thoroughly tested by vaccine experts.

“The German health authorities have reiterated their positive assessment of these vaccines and continue to make them fully available.”

What Can the Study of Mercury Teach Us about Sudden Infant Death and Autism ? By John Fryer

What Can the Study of Mercury Teach Us about Sudden Infant Death and Autism ?
By John Fryer

Nothing has been learned!

So:

Thousands of years ago, the result of exposure to undue amounts of
mercury would be clear: Evidence of Harm. Today we have the
mathematical ability to separate mercury exposure from cause, from
resulting Sudden Death and from consequential autism. Using modern
statistics; undue exposure to mercury is: No Evidence of Harm. Let
the Babies Suffer and Die in a statistically coincident but
statistically unrelated way. Everything is under control!

Dioscerides, more than 2 000 years ago decided that: Heavy toxic
metals made the Mind Give Way.

250 years ago Dr Franklin talked of: Pain in the Stomach from lesser
toxic heavy metal exposure.

Today the CDC gives a Reference Level at even lower levels of mercury
at which ANY effects on the human have been observed.

Surprisingly however, the total amounts quoted for mercury harm have
only moved downwards less than tenfold and the health effects caused
have moved downwards to in their intensity and seriousness. From
Taking your Mind away through to a Reference Value of no great
significance today, there is just a small difference in amounts
needed for wildly different health effects. The difference is about 7
fold. Put bluntly; the mercury kicks in at very very low levels and
very little effect and rapidly moves up the scale of harm with only
slight increases in concentration. So much for health care in the
21st century that exposes us to harm and denies it without any
conscience, any conscious effort and lots of CON and no SCIENCE.

Just months following the US Court of Federal Claims rejection of the claim that the MMR vaccine causes autism, here you will see data from formal peer refereed medical papers showing that vaccines caused autism in Japanese children and will be doing the same to children around the world. The number of Japanese children developing autism rose and fell in direct proportion to the number of children vaccinated each year...

UK health officials have wrongly assumed the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine can prevent 70 per cent of cases of cervical cancer and press reports show “German experts said the assumptions simply did not stand up to scrutiny, and that women remained at risk“: Experts Cast Doubt on Claim for ‘Wonder’ Cancer Jabs Sunday Express 31 May 2009: Cervical cancer jabs cast into doubt after experts question effectiveness Scotland On Sunday 10th May 2009.

The HPV vaccine can have serious adverse effects with high levels of reported adverse reactions. Death and debilitating illness have been claimed but officials do not acknowledge an association.

Germany’s Robert Koch Institute, which makes recommendations on the public funding of vaccines, is reviewing its programme after 13 experts called for a reassessment of its HPV vaccination programme and an end to “misleading information” about the effectiveness of the jab. A spokeswoman said: “Because of the public discussion and some new reports and new statements from the 13 professors, the committee will publish a statement within the next few weeks.”

The UK’s New Labour Government has been aggressively pursuing the HPV vaccine programme in schools out of sight of parental control. Some consent forms reportedly have no decline option. There are anecdotal reports of young girls being cross-examined in school corridors by health officials on parental consent issues. British Health Minister Dawn Primarolo isclosely associated with the pursuit of the policy.

The Sunday Express reports Professor Martina Doren, of the Charitie Hospital in Berlin:

What concerns us is that the two manufacturers of the vaccine aren’t always using facts. They claim that a lot of high-risk strains of cancer-causing virus are protected against but equally there are others that are not. If protection is not more than 20 per cent then that is an awful lot of money to be spending, particularly as the vaccines have quite serious side-effects.”

A spokesman for GlaxoSmithKline, which makes Cervarix, was unable to provide figures on cases of pre-cancerous cells in women who have taken the vaccine, compared with those who have not.

Scottish Conservative health spokeswoman Mary Scanlon said: “Given this new research, it is now incumbent on the Scottish Government and the chief medical officer to review the vaccination programme to ensure that it lives up to the expectations of preventing cervical cancer.”

The HPV vaccine programme is based on recommendations of the UK’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation. This highlights questions over the competence of the UK’s JCVI to make recommendations on UK vaccination programmes and the competence of medical professionals in general to express opinions on scientific matters.

Savings of up to 80% on home electricity bills can be accomplished by utilizing free energy, which can easily be generated by building DIY devices that are made with readily available resources. You do not require costly investments in commercially made home power generators, when you have the option to actually build one yourself. It is estimated that a free energy system can be produced in many cases for less than $200--compare this with commercially made systems that can easily cost many thousands of dollars.

Those in regions enjoying strong sunlight can take advantage of solar panels to collect the sunlight and convert it into solar power. Those in strong wind areas can make use of a wind turbine to generate power for their home. In these times of widely felt financial hardships, a wind turbine and/or solar panel can help to save money on electricity usage, and it has the added benefit of reducing environmental pollution. When we have the option to produce free energy from natural resources, then why pay the energy company for power?

Learn how to build a home-made power generator like the solar panel and wind turbine on a shoestring budget by following the Eartyh4energy guide, using parts that are easily available at a hardware store, and step-by-step instructions that anyone can follow. Depending on the scale of device you build, a wind turbine or solar panel can generate many kilowatts of power--and supply enough electricity to operate many domestic appliances. So put a big dent in your power bill--get the complete guide at Earth4energy.com. This is a commercial product.

(Source: NaturalNews) More than 1,300 girls in the United Kingdom have experienced negative reactions to the government-mandated Cervarix vaccine for the human papillomavirus (HPV), according to adverse events reports collected from doctors by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

"When they introduced this new vaccine, we had major concerns about its safety," said Jackie Fletcher of Jabs, a support group for those negatively affected by vaccines. "The current statistics detailing adverse reactions -- including cases of epilepsy and convulsions -- bears out that we were right to be concerned."

Cervarix, manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline, inoculates patients against strains 16 and 18 of HPV, which are believed to be responsible for 70 percent of cervical cancer cases. The British government began a program to vaccinate all secondary school girls in September 2008, and 700,000 have received the injections so far. The government's plan is to have all girls under the age of 18 vaccinated by 2011.

Critics have objected, however, that the government based its decision on studies of women under the age of 26, rather than studies conducted on school-age girls. In addition, while the vaccine has been shown to prevent against HPV infection in the short term, there is no evidence of its long-term efficacy or that it actually lowers cancer rates.

The MHRA reports show a total of 2,891 adverse events reported in 1,340 girls. The majority were minor and short-lived problems, such as swelling, rashes, pain or mild allergies to the vaccine. A number of cases were more severe, however, including 20 cases of blurred vision, four cases of convulsions, one case of seizures and one epileptic fit. Five cases of partial paralysis were reported, including Bell's palsy (face), Guillain-Barre syndrome (legs), hyopaesthesia (loss of sense of touch) and hemiparesis (severe weakening or paralysis of half the body).

"The government needs to look at the future of this program given the number of side-effects coming through," Fletcher said.

29 percent of cancer studies in top journals have conflict of interest
Posted On: May 11, 2009 - 4:40am

Nearly one-third of cancer research published in high-impact journals disclosed a conflict of interest, according to a new study from researchers at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.

The researchers looked at all original clinical cancer research published in five top oncology journals and three top general medical journals in 2006. The journals included were the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of the American Medical Association, Lancet, the Journal of Clinical Oncology, the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, Lancet Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research and Cancer.

Articles were analyzed to determine declared funding sources and conflicts of interest. A conflict of interest was identified if it was explicitly declared by the authors, if an author was an employee of industry at the time of publication, or if the study had industry funding.

The most frequent type of conflict was industry funding of the study, which was seen in 17 percent of papers. Twelve percent of papers had a study author who was an industry employee. Randomized trials with reported conflicts of interest were more likely to have positive findings.

"Given the frequency we observed for conflicts of interest and the fact that conflicts were associated with study outcomes, I would suggest that merely disclosing conflicts is probably not enough. It's becoming increasingly clear that we need to look more at how we can disentangle cancer research from industry ties," says study author Reshma Jagsi, M.D., D.Phil., assistant professor of radiation oncology at the U-M Medical School.

Reshma Jagsi, M.D., D.Phil., is an assistant professor of radiation oncology at the U-M Medical School. Credit: University of Michigan Health System

The researchers looked at 1,534 cancer research studies published in prominent journals. Results of this current study appear online in the journal Cancer.

"A serious concern is individuals with conflicts of interest will either consciously or unconsciously be biased in their analyses. As researchers, we have an obligation to treat the data objectively and in an unbiased fashion. There may be some relationships that compromise a researcher's ability to do that," Jagsi says.

For example, she says, researchers might design industry-funded studies in a way that's more likely to produce favorable results. They might also be more likely to publish positive outcomes than negative outcomes.

"In light of these findings, we as a society may wish to rethink how we want our research efforts to be funded and directed. It has been very hard to secure research funding, especially in recent years, so it's been only natural for researchers to turn to industry. If we wish to minimize the potential for bias, we need to increase other sources of support. Medical research is ultimately a common endeavor that benefits all of society, so it seems only appropriate that we should be funding it through general revenues rather than expecting the market to provide," Jagsi says.
